Mimarse ships worldwide!
The standard shipping costs are €4,50 for Belgium.
Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg is €7,50.
Other countries between €10 and €40.
Shipping costs get visible when you select the relevant country.
Mimarse ships every order above €50,00 for free of charge to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg.
When do we deliver?
We take care to deliver your package as soon as possible.
Mimarse aims to process and ship all orders within 2 - 10 days, if the item is available.
Our courier, DPD or BPOST, delivers from Monday to Friday.
You can track the package by using the track and trace code, which we send to you by e-mail after your package is shipped.
14 DAYS TO RETURN
Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries!
You have the right to return it within 14 calendar days after you've received it. Only the costs of return are for you.
How does it work?
You inform us as soon as possible, but within 14 calendar days after receival, that you wish to return the goods. Preferably you do this by written notice whilst notifying your account number to firstname.lastname@example.org, we send you the return form.
You return the goods, unused and in the same condition as you received them, in the original package within 14 calendar days back to us. Together with the completed form of return (and the invoice which you have received upon delivery).
ABS NV - MIMARSE
You will receive the amounts (excluding the shipping costs) as soon as possible paid back to the chosen account. We undertake to make the refund lastly within 30 days, after we have received your message that you refrain from the purchase stating your account number.
Would you like to exchange your purchase for another size? That is no problem at all!
Sign return by sending an email to email@example.com and mention your name, your order number and the product.
Then you can send back the return (at your own expense) to ABS nv - Mimarse, Doggenhoutstraat 3, 2520 Ranst, Belgium.

Mimarse respects the privacy of all users of the website and will handle your personal data in strict confidence.
This personal data will be used to handle your purchases. Moreover we will use this information only with your permission.
The information will be used to contact you later on for direct marketing purposes or to handle your purchases.
The personal data will be stored in a secured area that is not accessible to third parties. All the information will be secured, except the information that is necessary to meet legal obligations and in case of the explicit request of judicial authorities, in accordance with the relevant laws.
At simple request we grant access to all visitors of our website to all the information we have stored of them, and secondly, we give all visitors of our website the opportunity to correct all the information we have stored of them.
Because of SSL, you don’t need a special software. You can recognize a secured SSL connection at the “lock” in the bottom status bar of your browser.

Mimarse gift certificate
The Mimarse gift certificate is a valid means of payment in the shop. The amount on the card is a credit and can be used through the entering code. The certificate is valid during 1 year.

2. About these general terms and conditions
2.1 These conditions apply to all orders. Every order implies the explicit acceptance of these sales conditions.
2.2 The minimum age to place orders with us is 18 years. If you have not reached the age of 18 yet, we kindly request you to ask your parents or legal guardian to place the order. If we notice an order is being placed by a minor, we retain the right to refuse this order.
3. Placing your order
3.1 You may place an order by filling in the order form on the website: www.mimarse.com and clicking on the appropriate submission button.
3.2 When you place your order, you will receive a web order number.
3.3 By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may not accept your offer at our discretion.
3.4 In case we accept your order, we will notify you by sending you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is binding the moment we send it to you. If we cannot accept your order, we will try to contact you by phone or email.
3.5 Mimarse shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of the unavailability of an item.
3.6 In case of late payment by the customer or problems with previous orders Mimarse has the right to dissolve the contract.
4.1 Our prices include are mentioned in euro, VAT included and shipping costs excluded (and if applicable, handling costs excluded) unless mentioned otherwise.
4.2 The prices are valid on the moment of publication, where after they are subject to changes.
5.1 Payment can be made in any of the manners specified on the website.
5.2 Mimarse stays the owner of the goods until you have paid them completely.
6. Right of renunciation
6.1 In accordance with the law of 30 december 2013 on Book VI of the code economic law "market practices and consumer protection", the customer has the right to, within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product, to notify Mimarse by letter that he/she wants to give up the purchase. We ask explicitly to fill in the return form enclosed and send it to us. If the return form is not enclosed in the order you can download it from the website.
6.2 The returned product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by the invoice. The sender can be identified which not every return will be refused.
6.3 The direct costs (like shipping costs) are on behalf of the consumer and their responsibility.
6.4 Mimarse recommends using a courier when returning goods in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Mimarse will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of those products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
6.5 The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return by Mimarse, provided that all the conditions as described above are strictly met. The amount reimbursed will in any case never exceed the amount actually paid by the customer.
7.1 We will deliver the products which are indicated on your order confirmation. Mimarse can, in no way, be held responsible for errors made by the customer concerning the delivery or billing address and for eventual late deliveries or the impossibility to deliver the products ordered, due to that mistake.
7.2 Title to and risk of loss concerning your products, will pass to you on delivery of the products to the address stated in your order confirmation.
7.3 When a product is in stock, it shall be delivered to your delivery address within 2 to 10 workdays. This delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding.
7.4 Deliveries are scheduled during office hours from Monday until Friday (except on holidays).
7.5 If a product is not in stock, the consumer will be notified with an email about an other delivery date. In case the consumer doesn’t agree with the delay, the order can be cancelled or the consumer can order an alternative product. The price for the cancelled order will be refunded or, in case of an order for an alternative product, a new invoice will be made or credited, considering the price paid for the product that is cancelled.
7.6 If we are not able to deliver within the agreed time, you will be notified before the delivery term expires. If we fail to deliver within the agreed time, you can decide to cancel your order and you will be refunded within 30 days after cancellation.
7.7 We cannot be held responsible for consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service that we use.
8.1 Without doing any harm to the right of renunciation, the consumer can apply to all the legal guarantees that comes with the products on our website.
8.2 We guarantee that our products will match your order and will satisfy your normal expectations given the specifications of the product.
8.3 Mimarse is not liable for technical data given by the producer or delivery company.
8.4 The consumer will be refunded for the products, if they, with valid proof, are not to be considered in accordance with the normal standards of the product or if they show a hidden defect. Complaints should be filed with a registered letter with confirmation of receipt to ABS nv - Mimarse, Doggenhoutstraat 3, 2520 Ranst, Belgium.
9. Force majeure
9.1 In case of “force majeure”, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. In that case we can suspend our obligations while the force majeure lasts or we can definitively dissolve the arrangement.
9.2 Force majeure is every circumstance beyond our control that prevents the fulfillment of our obligations, either partially or entirely. Force majeure can be seen as: strikes, fire, business interruption, energy interruption, interruptions in (telecommunication-) network or connection or used communication systems and/or the malfunction of our website, late or non-delivery of the suppliers or other engaged third parties.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 Our website, logo’s, text, photos, names and in general every communication is protected by intellectual property rights that are with our suppliers or other stakeholders.
10.2 It is forbidden to make use of and/or change the intellectual property rights as subscribed in this article. For instance drawings, photos, names, texts, logo’s, color combinations, etcetera … cannot be copied nor reproduced without prior and explicit written permission.
11. Settlement of complaints
11.1 In case you do have complaints about our services, do not hesitate to contact us via email@example.com We will do everything in our power to treat your complaint within 7 workdays.
12. Disagreements governing law and jurisdiction
12.1 We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, then you have to do it in Belgium.
12.2 The Belgian law applies to the contract.
